Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup whipping cream powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 lb strawberries
- 1 package strawberry jello
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 390°F/ 200°
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour gradually while constantly mixing.
- Mix until combined.
- Place batter into a prepared springform pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat whipped cream powder and milk until stiff.
- Remove cake from the oven and let it cool.
- Spread the cream over the cake.
- Arrange strawberries on top of the cake.
- Prepare jello according to package instructions.
- Pour jello evenly over the entire surface of the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Release the springform pan and serve.
